NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not segregate your possessions from other peoples, they lose stuff, and then pay you $0.60 per pound. Other reviewers have expressed these same problems. Here's our story: We placed a few things in storage for one year (4 carpets and pads, 2 coffee tables, 1 couch, and a family heirloom cradle). When they arrived to re- deliver our belongings, they opened the vault and started to remove things. Highly Recommend – This was the best move I have ever had because they made it seem easy. Moving is not easy, I have used movers about ten times, and there are always moments of anxiety. Not so with Hansen Brothers. They made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park. On the phone and giving a quote, Jenny was uncommonly patient, respectful, organized and low pressure. Thankful to be done with moving – We recently used Hanson Bros to move from Northgate to Bothell. It went very smoothly. The guys that came out to do the work were friendly and efficient. We would definitely use this company again.

Nice -n- Easy – Awesome job! Blake and Soko (sp?) were studs and made it easy. Thanks for taking care of us. When we move to Virginia Beach in a couple of years we will definitely use Allied Van Lines thru you.

Old Pros Know the Deal – We really appreciate the experience we just had in our recent move from Montlake to Shilshole. The crew seemed very experienced and immediately put us at ease. They were careful with all of our prized possessions and the total cost was well within the original estimate. We will recommend Hansen Bros. to all our friends and families.

Finally a good mover – My husband and I have had a number of moves in our lives and it has always been a stressful experience and left us feeling nervous for the next one. This time was so much different. Hansen's really took care of us from start to finish. I can't say enough about how nice they were. Everything moved without any damage and under the estimated price.

Awesome Movers – This is the 2nd time we've used Hansen Bros for a move. They have done a great job for us both times. Paula gave an accurate estimate and the crew moved everything out and into our new home without a problem. Five gold stars for them!

Great Mover! – We bought a new house in Edmonds and had Hansen Bros. move us out of our house in Mountlake Terrace. The salesperson was professional and really nice and spent more time talking about our concerns than the other couple of people we got estimates from. They showed up on time and got to work right away. The lead mover also talked to us about everything and made sure that we were taken care of.
