Was having an issue with my desktop Canon MG7520 printer/scanner. It would no longer print black text. I had purchased and used, as directed, several cleaning solutions with no luck. Even went as far a replacing the print head, nothing. Called Hansen and was able to drop the unit off and have it repaired within a couple of hours. Working like brand new. Thank you!
I operate a local business in Grayslake. After a quick search for printer repair I gave Hansen Associates a call. Tammy was extremely helpful in guiding me through some maintenance on my scanning hardware. What I loved the most was the conciseness in her response to all my questions, depth of knowledge, and a long term fix option. They were able to get me up and running quickly. Most tech services lack what Hansen Associates has. I would go back to them in a second for any services they offer.
After a nightmare with another office equipment supply company, I contacted Hansen Associates. Tammy helped me find a machine that would work best for us. The whole company came out to install the machine and we feel like we are finally with a perfect match. I plan on purchasing all of my equipment from them from now on!
