DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE. Our experience with Hansen Air Pros was highly unsatisfactory. The company promotes a "Worry-Free Warranty: 10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty," but they failed to disclose that this warranty incurs an additional $1,500 charge. We initially found their quote higher than competitors and were told by their sales representative, John, that the cost was due to the extent of the work involved. I attempted to change my thermostat but could not get the air to come on. When I tried to replace it with the old thermostat, it still would not come on. I called Hansen. Eric called soon after and attempted to walk me through installation. I was still unsuccessful. Eric came out and did what needed to be done. He was polite, professional and had a great sense of humor. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. I will call Hansen in the future.
Hansen heating and air installed a furnace for us,at the very best price! The crew,Adam,Braxton,and Caleb did such a fantastic job,more than we even expected!! They did a super after job clean up!
