Many moons ago when I brought in my first VW(Jetta gli) Kirstin and I locked eyes. I knew in that moment this was my service advisor for life. She had continued to be great ever since. Give this woman a raise !!!!

Tried to sell me a car $10k over MSRP, springing it on me after a week of discussion when no upcharge or premium was previously addressed. I use them for warranty service and recalls but definitely have the classic pushy car dealership thing going. Basic maintenance is very pricy.
I went to get my car serviced and did a trade in. The entire process was quick and easy thanks to the staff. Shout out to Vic Renteria and Jerred Tognini in particular for the fantastic service! Both of them answered all the questions and concerns I had.
