Tried to sell me a car $10k over MSRP, springing it on me after a week of discussion when no upcharge or premium was previously addressed. I use them for warranty service and recalls but definitely have the classic pushy car dealership thing going. Basic maintenance is very pricy.
I went to get my car serviced and did a trade in. The entire process was quick and easy thanks to the staff. Shout out to Vic Renteria and Jerred Tognini in particular for the fantastic service! Both of them answered all the questions and concerns I had.
When my wife's car had a major and unexpected maintenance expense, these guys were able to help us navigate the situation quickly and easily. Thanks to them, we were able to trade in the car and get another car that was perfect for us to replace it, and all within the same day.
