I turned in our leased Id.4 in December. The final inspection noted that I was missing a key, but I was told it wouldn't be a problem so long as I turn it in with both keys. I turned it in to Ali Amanzay and asked him repeatedly if there's anything he needed to do or sign to confirm that both keys were returned. I even took pictures of me handing both keys over. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem as long as I had the return receipt (which I did but it doesn't show anything about the key and it wasn't signed by him).... read more

We purchased a 2026 VW id.4 Pro S from Hansel and we're very happy with the transaction. We did some shopping and Hansel had the best price around. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. We'd especially like to recommend Jasmine Lawyer. She worked with us and despite some glitches (on our part) she remained positive and supportive. Even after everything was done and we had driven off she continued to respond to our questions and concerns. Jasmine is a star!
I would recommend to go to the other place if you want to get a good customer service. The staff is unprofessional, and aggressive sometimes. Also, my car was fully scratched after their car wash, my brand new car was totally scratched. Also, one of the features that should work doesn't work at all, and the dealership tells I don’t have that feature. Though, VW and user manual says I have this feature!
We recently purchased a 2025 ID4 from Hansel VW, and we had an excellent experience. Our sales associate, Jasmine, was honest and trustworthy. She followed through on her promises even after our purchase was completed. It was refreshing to see a dealership keep its word.
