We feel fortunate that when we went into Hansel Ford to look at new cars, Justin Mendoza, "Mendo," was our salesman. He was very helpful in what can sometimes be a very complicated and stressful process. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions thoroughly. We would certainly recommend Mendo and Hansel Ford to anyone in the market for a car. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
I know car dealers get a lot of crap today but I have nothing but good things to say about Hansel Lincoln in Santa Rosa. Bought the wife a new car for her 60th birthday, isn’t she lucky. Got her a 2025 Lincoln aviator, I think this thing is a piece of art. Worked with Drew at Hansel ford/lincoln and have purchased several cars from him.
