Nice polite professional service. Only one complaint. When I purchased the vehicle, they sold me a maintenance plan that I thought was pretty expensive, but I decided to purchase it anyway based on it had several free car wash coupons included. Now they are not honoring the car wash, saying the city won't allow based on they do not have a recycled water system. Seems like a small thing, but I expect to get fully what I pay for.
We helped my mom get a certified pre-owned Honda Civic here. The car was gorgeous, only a few years old, had low mileage. Perfect for the little driving she does around town. Within a few months of bringing it home, the battery died. I was (and remain) unsatisfied with the BS that most of the staff tried to serve me up saying something like, “this is the original battery and it’s reached it’s life expectancy” or some other crap.
