Sold me a truck and said they would send out the paperwork and tags for license plates to my address. they never sent anything and the tags are expired and they dont respond to text or emails
The problem with this place is that there are significantly better options within driving range. If you’re looking for service, the Novato Ford dealership has done a much better job diagnosing and fixing my trucks. If you’re looking for sales, the sac area is significantly cheaper. The last 3 interactions I’ve had with Hansel have been nothing but a hassle. They should just change their name so people understand what they’re getting into.
