Honestly not the best experience, almost felt like he didn’t want me to buy a car. Going through a buy back on my 3500 Diesel that should be complete very soon and I’m set on an M2. Unfortunately this salesman’s tactics of leading in with how exclusive the vehicle was combined with markups and the inability to test drive was pretty off putting. The service department at Hansel BMW is horrible! Their communication system is worthless. You almost never get an update as to when your car will be ready and trying to reach your "service adviser" is difficult to impossible. It gets especially bad if your assigned advisor takes off a day. The person who takes over, apparently doesn't have access to the text messages you exchanged with your original advisor. While helping my mom look for a used Toyota 4runner, I came across a post from Alex El-far on marketplace for a 2018 4runner SR5 at Hansel BMW. I reached out to Alex who was super quick to responding, but unfortunately it had sold. He said he would let me know if they got anymore in. Today, he kept his word and reached out to me.
