The service writer Greg was super friendly and helpful. Process of dropping my car off and picking it up was super smooth and they provided a free uber for me. When I picked my car up the technicians had left trash in my car, left some tools in the passenger footwell and broken some of the plastic trim. Some of the window regulators in my car are faulty and my sunroof sticks open so I asked them to not roll down the windows but when I picked up the car the window was down.

Exceptional service that surpasses expectations. The staff are amicable, and the videos addressing issues are informative. Jorma is a valuable asset to the team. Gage is also outstanding. I consistently recommend Hansel to others due to the excellent sales and service teams. The only feedback I have is that the rental used for loaners is a dissatisfier; I would recommend having a larger fleet of loaners. When Jorma provided me with a loaner, it significantly enhanced the overall experience.

Do the right thing when no one is looking. Brought my 2022 5 series to the service department to have my lower seat bolster repaired under warranty. I was told this was regular wear and tear for a vehicle with 36,000 miles (still under warranty). I was not given any documentation for my visit except a 'we won't fix that under warranty and try to contact BMW. Pictures attached. BMW had the same response, no written response. Honestly not the best experience, almost felt like he didn’t want me to buy a car. Going through a buy back on my 3500 Diesel that should be complete very soon and I’m set on an M2. Unfortunately this salesman’s tactics of leading in with how exclusive the vehicle was combined with markups and the inability to test drive was pretty off putting.
