I can’t say enough great things about Ken at Hanscom Federal Credit Union! As a recent college graduate and new professional, I’ve had a lot of questions about building my credit and managing my finances. Ken has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure I feel confident in my decisions.
I would stay away from this branch. I had a terrible experience with Olga. She treated me very poorly and accused me of being suspicious for bringing a family member with me during a transaction. Olga was unpleasant, unprofessional, and made me feel awful as she behaved hostile with me. I reported Olga to another branch and she then heard of this from her branch supervisor Tammy. Olga called me to confront me of my complaint and Tammy, the Beverly branch supervisor defended Olga. I will NEVER set foot in the Beverly location... read more
I. Have been banking at Hanscom for about 20 years and I have always been treated great. Good rates and fine people always there to help. Banking started at the O’Neil Building and continues today in Bedford. You can’t do any better anywhere else. Glad that my family was turned on to them.
Very patience and understanding regarding a banking problem, and they were long-suffering in taking time to resolve the issue.
