Stopped in to take care of some banking business early afternoon, only one person appeared to be working at the branch at that time but fortunately there were no other customers. Service was efficient and friendly but hopefully they normally have more staff as wouldn't want to have to wait if they were busy.
My partner and I were trying to do shared branching this past week and understand the strict rules required at this branch to do so. We got our ID’s notarized at a different bank in the area . We scanned the documents and Our bank out of state uploaded them to our accounts. After this, they mentioned that they still are unable to do shared branching - not sure how they’re still viewing the old ID’s and not the new ones .. on our banks end everything is correct. Never in The past five years, have I dealt with such unreasonable and unwilling to help people I would give this zero stars and highly recommend using any bank other than this one. Wow, they are miserable.
