You recently installed a new HVAC Combination unit on our home. It was a Lenox Elite Series Gas/Electric package 14SEER 11EER along with a Nest thermometer. I am very satisfied with the quality of installation and the product. Our old unit vibrated and I could tell when it came on because of the noise. However, the Lenox is so quite "I have to double check that's it running". On Aug.30th, 2018 our A/C Unit stopped working. It was 118 outside and was getting just as hot inside our home. I called our "Home Warranty" and the company they said would be providing us service would be in contact with us within 1hr. to set up time for them to arrive, that hour passed as well as 4 more. Love, Love, Love Hansberger Refrigeration Company. Owned and operated locally for years. The service is 1st class and satisfaction is guaranteed. I had an issue with a rental home property that Hansberger arrived to address immediately, they took pictures and documented the issue so that I could get it resolved and it saved me thousands of dollars because they acted so promptly and professionally.
