During my time as a tenant, I encountered significant and concerning issues with property management. Unfortunately, I experienced aggressive and dishonest behavior from management, which has prompted me to share my experience. The laundry and fitness facilities were poorly maintained, and it became evident that none of the units were being brought up to code. When it's hard keeping managers, Cameras can be used to monitor what problems units have making it a better place for everyone. Hopefully getting permanent managers.

I really wish I would’ve looked at the ratings Before I applied. I was absolutely disgusted with Elijah’s demeanor and the way he treated his residence and me while I was there. I asked about the security deposits because I noticed that has been an issue through the reviews. He said he charges fees when people move out, and that there’s no way to tell what those fees will be. THATS NOT LEGAL. He was straight up rude to me when I asked simple questions. Lived here for about a year. When we first moved in, our unit was not cleaned. We had to spend the first few days of our lease cleaning it ourselves. There was literal boogers on the walls, dirty showers, and a lot of mildew in all of the kitchen cabinets. The office staff is literally never there and maintenance takes a while to get out. Also the lady at the office does NOT understand the rules about tenant privacy because the times when we did see her, she would start to talk bad about other tenants.
