Finding My Way Home — Twice I first met Hans in 2014. With his guidance, my husband (now ex-husband) and I purchased our ideal home with great excitement and began building our family there. In January 2026, I met Hans again—this time under very different circumstances. We purchased our first home with Hans in East Bay. Hans guided us through the whole process with a diligent and professional manner. He is knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him on choosing a house, inspecting a house, how to prepare an attractive offer, the complex title transfer process, house repair, etc., he was always positive and inspiring, without him we cannot move in to our new home such smoothly. We will highly recommend Hans if you would like to purchase a home in Bay Area.

We’re so excited to finally have our first home — and Hans played such a big part in making it happen. He walked us through every step with patience, care, and a ton of helpful knowledge. You can really tell he loves what he does, and that energy totally rubbed off on us. We always felt supported, never rushed, and honestly just really lucky to have worked with someone like him.

Hans Vilaivan successfully helped me sell my house this spring. He was very attentive to all my needs, closely followed all my instructions, and competently handled the entire process from start to finish. With over a decade of experience, Hans is deeply knowledgeable of the real estate market and is capable of providing excellent client service. He is especially organized, kind, and patient. Due to his hard work, my house received multiple offers once it was listed on the market. I highly recommend Hans Vilaivan.
