Once in a while you find a professional that actually lives up to the given recommendations, and really can do what they say they can do. It's even better when it's done with a professional and caring attitude. Such it is with this office. I’m lucky that I hadn’t been to tons of specialists before finding Jay, but I would strongly encourage anyone experiencing jaw pain to visit hANS PT before exploring other treatment options. Jay really listens to what is bothering you and has a lot of strategies to help fix the issue - stretching, massage, manipulation, dry needling, posture changes, etc. I’ve noticed incredible relief after working with Jay and I’m so grateful that my bruxism and jaw pain have mostly resolved after only a few sessions!
I can’t recommend Jay and Hans TMJ enough! After struggling with TMJ pain, upper cervical tension, and muscle tightness for months, I finally found real relief here. Jay’s approach is comprehensive—he combines physical therapy, dry needling and trigger point release with easy to understand education to fix the problems for good. Wasn’t asked to come in too much and overpay for anything and seriously his treatment restored my faith in health care. The other reviews don’t lie!
I woke up one morning in extreme pain from the right side of my jaw. I couldn't eat, couldn't work, and could barely sleep.
