I woke up one morning in extreme pain from the right side of my jaw. I couldn't eat, couldn't work, and could barely sleep. I scheduled an x-ray with the dentist the same day and they wrote a referral for a dental expert. I read their reviews and they were NOT good. I immediately got major pain relief after the first visit and throughout the treatment.
I loved the immediate relief of my neck and TMJ . Jay is professional and great person! He knows the right questions to ask to ensure he hits the root cause. He provides relief, knowledge and easy exercises to do when I am feeling pain!
Jay has been the most helpful person I've encountered when it comes to my excruciating jaw pain! He has been very patient with me and explains every step thoroughly following every session as well as at home exercises to further stabilize and minimize jaw pain while also bringing awareness to bad habits that can make it worse, and taking the necessary steps to help. I haven't felt this well in years and would definitely recommend coming to hANS TMJ if you have jaw pain! 10/10
Jay and his team are incredible and have an impressive knowledge of the upper back and neck. They fixed my issues and I continue to go back whenever I have an issue.
