I was looking forward for a nice relaxing massage that I needed desperately.The second I arrived the lady barely spoke a word in English and didn’t provide me a full body massage! She did everything very strongly and not nice! After I left her a small amount tip and she rolled her eyes at me and was rude. I left there and would never go back! I don’t think she got professional training! I don’t think she has professional massage license!
Don't waste your money here! They have absolutely no idea how to give a massage! They don't understand English, even after I told him to be gentle, he still rubbed my back with rough! I don't think they 've had any professional training _they don't even have massage licenses! That's illegal! On top of that, they pressure you for a big tip! A terrible experience! I will never come back this place!
I brought my full punch card in for my free massage today and was told that it would cover an hour. However, it wasn’t until after my massage that a different employee said my “free massage” only covered $35? When I asked why the first employee told me the otherwise, he just said “I don’t know”, laughed and insisted I still owe $30. Instead of arguing further, I just decided it was easier to pay and not come back. Disappointed bc this place is usually my favorite!!! :(
