I Called Hans for yearly service on Heat and Air Conditioning. The Techs were on time. Before they began work I explained that the AC unit has been loud from the time their company installed it and would like for them to investigate and provide me an answer as to why it is so loud. After their work was complete he said the reason that the AC is so loud is because it is only a SEER 13 and that the control board to the AC’s compressor caused it to ramp up.
