Dr Walling is amazing. I started seeing her sometime in the spring of 2023, and she ended up performing surgery on me. This was my first surgery ever and I was terrified. She was so kind, patient and compassionate and explained all the details of my condition and what needed to happen. i have been fighting a sty for over 8 months now. back in july he scheduled me for surgery since it got infected. THE SURGERY ISNT TIL DEC 6TH??? AND THAT WAS MOVED UP FROM jANUARY 2024 DATE. I FIND THIS HORRIBLE
Dr Belza saved me in 2019 after an ER doctor wanted to discharge me from ER. I went to ER with severe left arm pain and headache, neck pain and confusion. ER doctor wanted to send me home, saying, “It’s probably just a bad migraine”. My wife asked can’t they get an MRI given my history of spine problems. ER doctor replied “Sure, but I don’t think it’ll change my diagnosis”. He was so wrong. Dr. Sherer is like the doctors of the 50/60's -- attentive, listens, responds, provides solutions and makes me feel he truly cares. He has excellent medical experience in his specialty. Cannot say enough good things about him! His nurses are also exceptional - a reflection of his standards!!.
I had a reoccurring bout of ulcerative colitis. The wait to see an gastroenterologist is three months. Went to urgent care and saw doctor Ann Clements. She ordered some tests and gave me a prescription. Got the test results the same day I turned them in and they turned out negative. I'm doing much better. Thank you Dr. Clemens.
The Dr. Took extra time to make sure there were not complications. I do not understand why Redmond doesn’t have a sufficient lab. ??
The first appointment I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes. For the second appointment I drove to the office, waited 30 minutes in the exam room only to be told he had no test results yet and would have to reschedule. I tried to talk to him some and he turned and walked away while I was still speaking, saying he'd have someone reschedule. There was no one available to make the appointment so I left. Later on the phone I was able to schedule something with the Nurse Practitioner. Dr Sherer would be available in four months.
