Wow! So not true! James is not rude at all! I have been a Han's customer for about 10 years now and not once have I gotten a rude vibe from James. He is extremely helpful and friendly! Once, a friend and I went in there to purchase hair dye and James assisted us on making a decision for over 20 minutes! We couldn't decide! This type of customer service is difficult to find! Go in for yourself and form your own opinion.
the owner is rude. he looks down my shirt....... i get good discounts but i hate that he does that............... you cant use your cards unless you spend ten dollars or more its so ridiculous.
My husband James Park is good. I think he is great and I think the store is good because of him and my in laws. I work there too so visit me.
