If I could give 6 stars I would. I knew all along Hans and his team (Nancy who was incredibly wonderful) would be the best to sell my home. It was easy, professional, fast and all offers were over asking. They were so helpful with advice on preparing the house to be sold which really helped with the marketing materials and how it showed. The house was under agreement less than a week it was listed. The selling price exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Hans to anyone!
