WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER SHE STATED SHE WAS THE MANAGER, THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR SHE STATED THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS IT! SHE GAVE ME A E-MAIL ADDRESS? I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE NOT E-MAIL MY COMPLAINT!
