Hans diagnosed the problem with my oven and got it repaired with replacement parts right away. Hans' services were more than worth the expense considering what the cost of replacing a range is. Further, he even provided some terrific advice and explanation for problems I was having with my dishwasher. His solutions cleared it up right away instead of the dishwasher seemingly getting worse and worse -- something that likely could have cost me thousands of dollars to replace.
