Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
