The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear everything, neighbors talking, footsteps above, even phones vibrating through the walls, drawers opening in the unit next to you. If you're sensitive to sound, it can get overwhelming fast. It makes it hard to focus or relax, and there's no real sound insulation at all. If you work from home or value quiet, this is probably not the right place. I’ve lived here for a while now and honestly had high hopes when I moved in, the property looks great from the outside. But what you quickly realize is that the inside experience doesn’t match the image. There’s a persistent strong marijuana smell in the building, especially in common areas, and management has done little to address it. Hallways are dirty. Communication is awful, they never update you on anything important, and they treat tenants like disposable. There’s zero accountability and no real sense of customer service.
