This place is not what it used to be. My older parents lived here for years and it was a nice place to live. The residents are nice and overall the area is peaceful but under the current management, there is no one in the office, ever. Office hours are listed as 9am to 4pm and even when you go during those hours, the door is locked and no one is there. I have some history with this place. Overall, it’s a decent place to live. The only amenities are a laundry mat, storage unit, dollar store, car wash, and a park about 10 minutes west. The tenants I spoke to appreciate the peaceful environment, although there are a few troublemakers. Just let the police handle it, and you’ll be fine.
