super responsive, awesome management & maintenance team, safe, clean, and good location. 2br apt was very spacious & appliances were pristine. only con i can think of was that the coffee machine in the lobby broke frequently but they fixed it promptly and overall very minor annoyance. had a great year here and would recommend to a friend. thanks omnia!
I had a truly disappointing experience with OMNIA at Town Center. On Tuesday, January 28, I received a voicemail from OMNIA admitting they had “over refunded” my security deposit—an internal mistake on their part. I was more than willing to correct the issue, but in the same message, I was told that if I did not pay the same day, they would “have to send the balance over to collections.” Threatening a former resident with potential credit damage over a mistake they made is completely unacceptable. We came for a tour in November and we were immediately impressed with the building and Olivia! We just moved in and throughout the process everyone had been so helpful. I love how responsive the management and maintenance teams are and you can tell the building owners take a lot of pride in the facilities. Looking forward to a continued phenomenal experience here.
Omnia is my favorite place I’ve ever lived! It’s always clean & well taken care of, the residents are super nice & management is amazing - Jeremy & Olivia are the best ever!
