I’ve lived here for 2+ years. 1, THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX! 2. Foundation is cracking I mean issues are endless. The first 1.5 years I was here the office personnel were unbelievable and attentive! Now..: haha let’s be on our cell phone all the time and pretend we’re working. They said “new gym” haha really they changed jack shit took the carpet out and put “corck flooring” aka you walk in and it smells horrendous!! Packages! I wish I could give this place more stars! Everything about this complex is 10/10. Everyone is so friendly, mail system is organized, maintenance is quick, clean, and safe place to live!
We were renting a furnished unit from their partner (Crimson Canvas). The office evidently screwed up and double booked the property, effectively leaving us without any options. They were apologetic, but the damage is done. It was a poor experience and reflected poorly on the building, even if they were not directly involved.
super responsive, awesome management & maintenance team, safe, clean, and good location. 2br apt was very spacious & appliances were pristine. only con i can think of was that the coffee machine in the lobby broke frequently but they fixed it promptly and overall very minor annoyance. had a great year here and would recommend to a friend. thanks omnia!
I had a truly disappointing experience with OMNIA at Town Center. On Tuesday, January 28, I received a voicemail from OMNIA admitting they had “over refunded” my security deposit—an internal mistake on their part. I was more than willing to correct the issue, but in the same message, I was told that if I did not pay the same day, they would “have to send the balance over to collections.” Threatening a former resident with potential credit damage over a mistake they made is completely unacceptable.
