Had the strangest touring experience. It was too quick, not personable, felt soulless, and was very uninviting. Really disappointed.
The Omnia is a safe, competitively priced, well-cared-for community. I just moved in, but everything and everyone have exceeded my expectations. Elysha Campbell in the leasing office will anticipate your needs and make the process easy.
After more than three years here, my reward at move-out was a ~$3,300 charge for full floor and carpet replacement — with zero invoices or photos to back it up. Normal wear after a multi-year tenancy is the landlord’s cost, not the tenant’s. Document everything at move-in and move-out if you rent here, because they will come for your deposit and then some. One star for the move-out experience alone.
I just concluded a 3.5 year residency at OMNIA, due to relocation out of state. Having lived in KOP Town Center for several years (in 3 different buildings), OMNIA under Bozzuto management was by far my favorite. Here’s why: - Building is kept clean & is well maintained.
