After more than three years here, my reward at move-out was a ~$3,300 charge for full floor and carpet replacement — with zero invoices or photos to back it up. Normal wear after a multi-year tenancy is the landlord’s cost, not the tenant’s. Document everything at move-in and move-out if you rent here, because they will come for your deposit and then some. One star for the move-out experience alone.
I just concluded a 3.5 year residency at OMNIA, due to relocation out of state.
