I had a truly disappointing experience with OMNIA at Town Center. On Tuesday, January 28, I received a voicemail from OMNIA admitting they had “over refunded” my security deposit—an internal mistake on their part. We came for a tour in November and we were immediately impressed with the building and Olivia! We just moved in and throughout the process everyone had been so helpful. I love how responsive the management and maintenance teams are and you can tell the building owners take a lot of pride in the facilities. Looking forward to a continued phenomenal experience here.
Omnia is my favorite place I’ve ever lived! It’s always clean & well taken care of, the residents are super nice & management is amazing - Jeremy & Olivia are the best ever!
We've always lived in apartments, and I can wholeheartedly say that Omnia has been THE BEST place we've ever lived. The walkable and convenient location is unbeatable, management is helpful and quick with responses, the modern design and various amenities are fantastic, and everything seems to run like clockwork. We rented the 1-bedroom, 1-bath with a balcony and found that the layout and space provided were more than enough for the two of us.
