I have lived here for one month. In that time, I've learned the strengths and weaknesses of this property. While this property is not a true five star, it deserves a solid 92/100. 4.51 stars out of five. Noise - I'm on the 5th floor with a pool view apartment in a corner unit. I never hear noise from the street. The walls of the apartment contains noise very well from my neighbor's apartments but hallway noise comes right through the front door as if there was nothing blocking it. I’ve lived here for 2+ years. 1, THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX! 2. Foundation is cracking I mean issues are endless. The first 1.5 years I was here the office personnel were unbelievable and attentive! Now..: haha let’s be on our cell phone all the time and pretend we’re working. They said “new gym” haha really they changed jack shit took the carpet out and put “corck flooring” aka you walk in and it smells horrendous!! Packages! Hopefully you have a PO Box somewhere because the parcel room is beyond a disaster aka ... read more

I wish I could give this place more stars! Everything about this complex is 10/10. Everyone is so friendly, mail system is organized, maintenance is quick, clean, and safe place to live!

We were renting a furnished unit from their partner (Crimson Canvas). The office evidently screwed up and double booked the property, effectively leaving us without any options. They were apologetic, but the damage is done. It was a poor experience and reflected poorly on the building, even if they were not directly involved.
