I been a resident for 4 months and Fri 3/20 around 4:15pm I submitted a request to the maintenance team that my hot water wasn’t working good they were on my door 30 min later and helped resolve the issue I was having.
I have lived here for one month. In that time, I've learned the strengths and weaknesses of this property. While this property is not a true five star, it deserves a solid 92/100. 4.51 stars out of five. Noise - I'm on the 5th floor with a pool view apartment in a corner unit. I never hear noise from the street. The walls of the apartment contains noise very well from my neighbor's apartments but hallway noise comes right through the front door as if there was nothing blocking it.
