A very nice place, great people, loving community and the assistant manager and the manager very great people and very helpful and a very good location especially when it comes to the stores near it
Very good location and walking distance to main stores. Very friendly staff and all around good place to live
I've had an awful experience trying to get my money back. Despite signing a lease, I had to move out due to job commitments, resulting in a loss of $3100. They even charged me an extra month's rent, which they refunded without explanation. Now, I'm dealing with utility charges from Wyse meters for a property I've left, and despite contacting them to cancel, they still think I'm there. Nice clean building. Walking distance to all amenities downtown. Good security and excellent management. Attention given to repairs and upgrades. Mixture of family, senior and singles. Laundry, garbage, recycling. Utilities are extra. Rent is average. Extensive tenant screening is done.
