Extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, will NEVER try again I went to this local store to pick up some replacement part, and was mentally assaulted by the extremely rude & unprofessional salesman when I asked him to check the price first for me. That salesman happened to be claimed the boss by his peers and was like doing me a great favor. Always Have What We Need... This store has always had everything i have needed. They are very helpful and have parts in stock dating back to the 1940's. I like the fact that they are 1 of the few mom and pop stores still around. They have been around since 1923 family owned which is a rare find!!! The people that work there know the products in and out.
Would not call again First off they are very rude on the phone,they answer the phone just hello not hanover supply , then the people act like u are bothering them when u call to ask if they have a part. I even went into the store and i stood at the counter for 18 min before someone helped me and they were all ther bickering about a order someone has to pull,notto mention walked in front of me 3 times almost knocking me over and never once say excuse me, never the less they were very expensive!
