Every other day cops are called for something. It feels like we live in public housing, not $2,000.00 and up rentals. Rent goes up hundreds each year for no reason. This neighborhood and homes aren’t worth it; no peace & no upgrades. Homes are beyond basic; mice are frequent guests in the majority of homes. There’s also an HOA here that always bothers and blames tenants/owners for things. Always something is going on at this place.
Management is rude and incompetent. For brand new units there are a lot of quality issues and shortcuts that have obviously been taken. STAY AWAY!
Lots of noise, kids, dogs, and trash. The kids and animals aren’t a problem only when not looked after or cared for. Warm weather time gets crazy with all the kids. The trash is all over the place things used to be better . The area is lacking and a little ghetto. There’s a drug and alcohol rehab place right here they’re always outside. School district I heard has declined lots since back in the day one of the worse in the areas I suppose lack of funding. No pool, gym or playground for the kids or owners.
