So shady and dismissive. They sincerely messed over our community (they left us in the red on paper at turnover, and left us with at least $3k in dead trees we are required to replace, also at turnover) and are taking no responsibility at all for their own violations against the PD documents they themselves submitted to the city of Haltom city as a precondition for their being allowed to create (and this profit from) this new development. Your construction site is required by City of Dallas to shut down at 7pm daily but it is now 9pm and you crew is still working, disturbing neighbors nearby. It’s bad enough that you have torn up our street without repairing it, now you aren’t following city rules to shut down on time. We must endure your mess for the next 4-5 years so please consider people living here and do as you’re required by law.

Lived here for about 10 months and the people are great and very nice but to fix something that's wrong, you might as well just forget about it because it's not going to happen. 😊
