My bike came back and the screws where cross thread snd they never did the work I paid for.
What a nightmare. From purchasing to following up regarding finance questions and promised work to be completed on a new unit . Don’t waste your time look elsewhere .
RecommendedI have been a customer for over 10 years. I recently had a lot of work done to get my dirt bike to riding status. we had a little miscommunication on a few little things but the service department was very responsive, and fair to address the issues quickly.
Had a TERRIFFIC experience at Hanover Powersports in East Hanover on Rt.10 today!! In years past, my bike would go into the shop weeks after initially setting up the appointment. Then it’d be there for weeks (one time a whole month in July!) until I’d get a call to pick it up. And it could’ve been something simple like oil change/detailing, or new tires/check brakes, or add 2lights to the lower forks... something that should take a day maybe two-three; depending who was on staff that day. I went in there looking for a helmet. Rob measured my head, had me try on some for size, talked about my riding needs and what kind I wanted. I got a great helmet for a great price! Thank you guys so much!
