Rent is low and apartments are nice. They are always improving something and trying to upgrade little things here and there all the time.
Please be careful if you're applying for the Hanover Place Apartments. My spouse and I NEVER received our earnest fees back of $200 from our application. I requested to pick up the check at the Hanover Place Apts but was told by yhr manager it would take longer. I sent the manager my correct address via email so there should be no reason why we didn't get our earnest fees back in the mail. Ans its been well over a month. I toured Hanover Place and was pleasantly surprised! I called to set up a tour, and got to view a few units that same day since they were empty. Wren, who gave me the tour, was so nice & answered all my questions. It was such a breath of fresh air after looking for a new place and having to work with disorganized and mean landlords.
