Been a resident here for 1.5 years now, and I have only great things to say about this community. Laura, the property manager, is the one who first toured me around and since then has only been a very helpful and kind member of Parkview's staff. She and her staff are always helpful, polite, and professional. The community is quiet, low-key, and peaceful. The apartments are high quality as are the amenities. I lived here previously for over a year. My experience wasn’t great (and having previously lived in true luxury high rises in NYC and ATL, I recognize my privilege/perspective is informed by that). The manager Tiffany was always a highlight for me, kind and approachable and always doing what she can to make the community better. I toured this property today with Trey and the experience was amazing. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Trey was incredibly helpful, patient and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. The whole place feels like a welcoming Hanover community and Trey is a big part of that experience.
