Recommendedhad a good experience there. both the office staff and doctor were very nice!
Worst customer service. Dr. Passarelli is great but the office staff is terrible. Last year they used my vision benefits towards my contacts rather than my glasses and I ended up spending way more than I should have had to. I scheduled my appointment for this year two weeks ago and get a call today that it has to be bumped out a week because my coverage won't be effective yet because last year they did not file my paperwork promptly. Just completely dissatisfied with this office.
