The move out process is horrible and they will essentially try to steal from you. Got sent a bill with the last month of rent charged twice. Tried to resolve the issue in person with the manager Connie. Was told that they can’t do anything and I have to contact accountable and receivables, which I was given an email that doesn’t exist and a phone number that no one will answer. We lived here for 7 years and had a good experience overall. Jesus with the maintenance crew has been a mainstay and fixed tons of things for us all while having the best smile on his face. We will miss you Jesus!
Do not rent here. They have on going security and theft issues that they refuse to deal with despite charging a premium for rent. They have a bunch of hidden fees in monthly rent payments and charge you for every convenience. They also tried not to comply with The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and not accept a 30 day notice, which is proper notice. Update; they then reply to your review with a passive aggressive statement that makes you look delusional and paint the facade that they are trying to fix the issues at the comp... read more
Maria Aquino was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting an apartment. I truly appreciate all of the hard work she puts in! Her kindness and dedication made a big difference, and I am thankful for her assistance.
The glorified ghetto of Mission Valley -homeless transients breaking in daily, known by name, no consequences as they use the amenities that all the PAYING tenants pay for and use, they are found sleeping in the amenity bathrooms, and oh on someone’s living room floor after a vendor left all of our front doors unlocked, homeless couples sleeping in the storage lockers with animals.
