I've been a customer for 15 years at HLB. As other reviews have stated, they are incredibly honest and very thorough in their work. We've owned six different vehicles since we first became customers, and they've been able to service them all.
I always bring my (fairly old) car here, and they keep it running beautifully, but my biggest compliment to them is their honesty. I brought my car in for squeaky brakes a couple years ago, and they called me later that day to say there were in perfect shape and I didn't need a thing! Now THAT is an honest business!! THANK YOU!!

My boyfriend and I were traveling through the area and had some troubles with our car. Not only were the staff members so friendly and helpful but they went above and beyond to make sure we got our car fixed that day and were not stranded, even staying after hours to get the job done. We cannot thank they enough! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistances with their car.
After moving to Pa a little over a year ago, I started going to Hanover Lube and Brake. I wanted a closer repair shop to take my vehicle to. I was told by my former repair/dealership that I needed front brakes. I took it to Hanover Lube and Brake for some new brakes. Tammy called me once it was on the lift, and said my front brakes were absolutely fine (at a 6). Well, did I ever feel stupid.
