We recently filed a claim on our home owners insurance. We hadn't done that previously with Hanover Insurance. The process was relatively smooth and the response was good.
Great company, nice people, have always been quick with communication and resolution of insurance needs.
Worst service ever. They keep transferring you instead of listening. My question was very simple — I just needed an email address for correspondence. But they transferred me 3–4 times, and then the call failed.
Easy to work with, responsive, caring! Good people all around!
