Absolute lack of care of customers. They don’t even take a call to resolve a glass claim sending you to a third party that is not allowed to more than type the claim in the system. Very sad to discover that after many years being a customer
Incredible experience with Hanover when my daughter totalled her car. Very proactive, detailed and timely resolution.
Our premiums have increased year after year to the point where they became unaffordable for our small business. When we attempted to cancel our policy, a Hanover agent informed us that we had to “wait it out” until the term ended. After finally cancelling, we were still shocked to receive a $1,200 bill. THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! They are unprofessional. They don't even answer the phone professionally... Took 6 months to get everything settled with our home from hurricane Helene. Don't speak to the adjuster Cassidy unless you want to be accused of something or you wanna run around in circles. She has absolutely no clue what she is doing and VERY rude!
