We had an accident recently. No one hurt that's the best thing about it. When dealing with our agent(s) Cheryl and Janice, its nothing short of a expert, professional, and caring experience. They are TOP NOTCH! Deoanne our claim adjuster was considerate, caring and extremely professional as she sorted through our claim. Bravo guys! You hear horror story about some people dealings with claims, not us and not with Hanover. Nothing but positive.
Hanover was charging me 650$ every month for two cars and I sold one of my car before due date for payment and then I canceled registration everything it wasn’t my car anymore.. they have still charged me for two cars! I called the hanover for refunding but they said we can’t refund ur money!!!!
