My experience is a mixed bag hence the 3 stars. TLDR: Home/property claim was horrendous; auto was absolutely seamless and pain free. Had a water damage claim to my house back on December 23, 2024. The experience was horrendous. A non responsive adjuster who didn't get back to me after I filed the claim on 12/24/2024 till week 1 of January 2025. Then ghosted for another week.
