Absolutely love the environment. The residents really do become family! The new management team is amazing and very approachable. STNA’s really go above and beyond! Such a great improvement!
One of the worst nursing home I have ever been in. No help, no assistance. I feel so bad then I have to leave my poor Aunt in this hell hole exclamation point
Would not wish this place on our worst enemy. Care for patients as individuals is almost non existent. Understaffed to where at some points there were not enough there to fulfill state requirements. You might get your meds you might not. You might get something that doesn't taste like it's soured or gone bad but most likely not. If you need assistance getting into and out of bed, you might get up within the hour but most likely it will be two.
My best friend of 40+ years is courageously fighting her way back to health. I am grateful for Hanover Healthcare Center, the staff and administration. I'm extremely pleased with the services and care they provide. They show genuine concern and attention for the well-being of their residents. We can always find flaws or shortcomings, but I chose to focus on the positive aspects of this facility. Although, my friends stay is temporary, it's not our first experience, but the best by far! Stay away from this place, they don't care about anyone who needs help with their wounds, they take there good old time when it's supposed to be changed at certain timeso or it never happens, and that's with the meds they don't care about the times, just give them at their convenience and time, and they will also go through your personal things and take it, including your money if it's in the drawers, My fiance was a patient there and doesn't drink any alcohol and they were sitting at the desks when he walked in and accused ... read more
