I know that there is no perfect nursing home facility, I have to thank Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center for the care they are providing to my uncle for almost a year now. I was his caregiver for 7 years after losing his wife due to cancer and they not having any children. The staff at Hanover Health & Rehab call me and let me know if something is important that I need to know concerning my uncle. I am so glad I applied for a CNA position at Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center. The admin staff I must say are very professional and greeting me with a smile. They made me feel welcome and Ms Tonia Human Resources was very helpful. I thank Ms. Lisa for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the Team.

I stopped in today to just get some information about the facility. The receptionist was extremely rude. She was not helpful at all and acted as if I was a disruption for walking in the door to spend money at the facility.

I need to know if it true that patients are belittle and cursed out when asking for help? I see good reviews but no downsides, Are clients being throw across the room and ostracized because of a lack of empathy? I really need true answers before I file for a investigation
