This would have been a 5 star rating. 8/15/24 Had zero issues with this place up until they hired a new leasing manager. The lady is extremely rude and severely lacks any sort of compassion and empathy for the longstanding renters who have been here awhile. The lady is literally threatening me with a lawsuit when I’m waiting for a check to deposit and asking for the amount I owe. The fact that I’ve never been late with a payment in 2+ years and have paid in advance on multiple occasions doesn’t seem to mean anything to her. ... read more

I moved in almost a year ago and I really enjoy living here! The front office and maintenance are always extremely responsive and helpful. It’s definitely the best complex in the area for the price. My only complaint would be that some apartments don’t have washers/dryers and have to pay a ridiculous amount to do laundry here and the rent is the same as units that do have laundry. They also raised the rent $60 for next year which is disappointing. All in all a really nice place to live.
Only thing worse than the front office is the horrible company that owns this place. give you the run around and tries to push cost onto tenants.
