If I could give lower than a 1 I most certainly would. Unbelievably poor and inconsiderate service! When I schedule the appointment for my son, I gave them all of our insurance information. They confirmed they participate with BCBS Vision. They called me a couple days before the appointment and I again confirmed the insurance information, giving them the member and group numbers.
