My daughter went to therapy here for years we loved her counselor. The counselor was wonderful. How the scheduling process is a nightmare.since COVID we have miss 3 appointments. Due to not knowing about the appointment, one appointment was our fault however the last appointment the link for the appointment was sent to the wrong email for the virtual appointment. I even sent the information to the counselor and the main email. I was still charge $80 for a missed appointment fee. I paid only because my child needed to continu... read more

Lisa is an absolute gem of a human. Working with her and HCA is a wonderful experience. The world needs more clinicians like Lisa. If my daughter needed therapy I would trust Lisa. Lisa is an honest therapist and I know her to be a woman of unimpeachable character. I’m also about 98% sure that some of these negative reviews might just be from people who worked at HCA and might just have also had action taken against their license.
