Go somewhere honest. Had them put wood floor in my kitchen. Liked it so much, I had it extended into the family room. Less than a year later the wood started rotting. THEY NEVER PUT A VAPOR BARRIER DOWN! They refused to redo the wood. I got some credit and had to put down tile. To this day I don't like it like I liked the wood and the floor cost over $11,000. How do you spell rip off........Hanover. Also, have since talked to several floor installers who have installed wood in my neighborhood with no problems.
