I had a great experience working with Jude! He went above and beyond to help me find my new apartment at The Porter Brewers Hill and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I moved in at the end of July, and so far everything has been great. I really appreciate all of Jude’s help and would definitely recommend working with him!
Worst apartment complex. Elevators always broken. Management never calls back for issues. Maintenance just cancels out requests without fixing issues. Greystar is the worst property management ever. DO NOT RENT HERE
The staff at this office are extremely arrogant, especially Jude, his manager Jamie, and the other woman working there. I don’t think they understand what it means to manage a property or treat residents with respect. If you’re thinking about renting an apartment here, this is by far the worst management office you’ll ever deal with. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
