Building management and front office are completely apathetic to resident issues and frankly couldn’t care less about the people who live here. Many longstanding issues that they’ve made little to no progress on over several years including security, valet trash (trash bags all throughout the hallways every day), mail room chaos, zero-tolerance towing enforcement from the garage, constant elevator break downs, and frequent loud unauthorized parties at the pool all summer (due to lack of security).
