The maintenance team did such a great job at responding and addressing my problem that I decided to write a review. Last week, I experienced water literally pouring from my bathroom ceiling. I contacted maintenance, and their response was exceptional. As this type of situation is evolving, they've been prompt and professional with the follow-up needed to resolve this issue. There’s a reason why the positive reviews are mostly from people who tour but don’t live in the building. Between mail issues (lost several $100s worth of packages), broken elevators, being locked out due to issues with door fobs (more than once), out of control noise during warm months, multiple car break ins I’ve had in their garage (which I reported but no info was sent out to residents warning about ongoing thefts and there appear to be no cameras), and unavailability of guest parking (must pay extra and acquire a sticke... read more
