The Porter looks like a nice apartment in a great location, and the dollar-per-square-foot is relatively cheap for the area (especially if you can get free months). The Porter Brewers Hill is a very nice place to live. It’s quiet, has great amenities, well maintained, and a safe environment. The Canton location speaks for itself!
Very disappointing. I got locked out of my apartment and when I called the emergency maintenance number I was told that they “do not do lock outs” and would not be willing to send anyone to get me back into my apartment.
After 60 days into our lease it is safe to say we will not renew and, in fact, if an early termination is in play. All the hallways consistently smell like trash. None of the common area appliances or features are operational. ADA accessibility features are woeful as we have a blind person on our lease. Noise level in the hall areas from non-residents is out of control all hours of the night. Security is a joke with exterior common areas doors left open over night.
