If you are afraid of roaches, RUN!!! I moved into Hanover BLVD Place in July. By the second week, I saw my first large roach. In the weeks that followed, I repeatedly saw small roaches crawling under the cabinets. Management arranged multiple treatments, but activity persisted. I later found roach eggs on the kitchen countertop near the oven, which was extremely disgusting. Elevators fixed so review is fixed. The building is nice but staff are what make it special.
