The Property Manager at Hanover BLVD is a bit clueless. Keeps sending emails with applications. And once application is submitted, apologizes via email that the unit is already taken. Pretty surreal and disorganized for an upscale business. They need to get better trained employees.

I have lived at Hanover Blvd Place for three years and renewed my lease again last month. The leasing agents, concierge, and maintenance team have barely changed in three years, and several of them live in the building themselves, which tells you something.
