Construction starts at 4-5 am with constant beeping, crashing, and loud banging throughout the day. Dust is everywhere and has been bad enough to trigger allergies and migraines. For a property marketed as “luxury,” this is unacceptable. Can’t sleep at night and work from home during the day.
We recently moved out of this overpriced place and it has been nothing but hell dealing with their customer service ever since. We paid all associated fees to cut our lease, and now they are coming at us for electricity bills and fees after our lease date, additional pet & parking when we aren't even in the apartment, have given the keys back, and still haven't got our deposit back - even thought we had it professionally cleaned. $60 for a water filter upon check-out? 4am construction noise. Beeping, crashing banging all day. Dust dirt everywhere. Not luxury living.
