Ongoing Roof Leaking Issues Since We Moved In 2019 On Oct 4, 2021, we submitted the following service request online: “Water is leaking through the ceiling onto the floor below in our bedroom”. We had to use a basin to catch the water. This problem has been ongoing since we moved in two and a half years ago.
