Absolutely no communication from office to floor workers. Got rid of a shift to make another shift work 10 hrs. They don’t tell new people much of anything ever and when they train you basically just have to figure it out yourself. Would only apply if you want to deal with constant nonsense and confusion.
Definitely not a place you can build a career at. Very high turnover over rate. No communication with upper management to the people working. 0 out of 10 stars do not recommend
