She was great in the actual appointment. Gave us choices, time to bake a decision, explained things well. However, when we called to schedule the surgery, the story had changed from what we were told during the appointment. We feel lied to. Not helpful or honest.
Stay away from this place. They billed over $1600 for a surgical procedure they didn't perform. When asked about the bill they said there was a billing error but made no change to the bill. They were unresponsive to the second query. On the third contact they said that just wrapping an ace bandage around a foot is a surgical procedure. I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option.
