Terrible experience, me and my wife went in today to get her ring resized, and had to wait 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. After we waited a customer said “I think there’s some people waiting for you “ after talking to them. I went to the South shore plaza and tried 3 places to fix my watch that my late mother left me and the gentleman from Hannoush jewelers took time and fixed it! Above and beyond service! I work for a 5 star hotel and he is a 5 star employee! I came in on Tuesday June 23rd 2026. I will do future business here!
