My experience at the Braintree branch was amazing thanks to Rena the sales manager…she is kind, attentive and absolutely top notch customer service. I bought a watch that the didn’t have in stock but I had seen prior and loved it. Within 24 hours it was in the store and at time of pick up, Robbie sized it and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. They were so kind throughout the process, never felt pressured and loved how seamless everything was. Thanks so much Rena, Robbie and George.
Thank you for your help and patience when selecting my fiancés wedding band. You made the process so simple and easy.
Such a great experience, Rena is an amazing saleswoman, got myself a nice new Tissot PRX!
Excellent service! The staff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect gold chain without any pressure. The quality of the jewelry is excellent, and the shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Hannoush Jewelers at South Shore Plaza to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality jewelry.
Had an amazing experience with the clerk that was there. He helped my best friend find a set of earrings.my wife and I will be getting our wedding bands from here. He’s energy was a real vibe. Would recommend 10/10
