The first compliment I want to give this business is that when I called, David answered the phone and was very professional and friendly, which is hard to come by these days. He told me that he would be able to modify my watch and to come on in. Once I got there, he was just as friendly and pleasant. The phone call to the transaction which didn’t take place because he didn’t charge me, was 10 out of 10. I will be returning to this business in the future if I have any desire or need for jewelry repair or purchase.

The level of attention and care I received from the entire team is unprecedented. This was a relatively small purchase of two jewelry pieces but I needed help and advice for selecting the right combination (and other details).
